It’s been one heck of a day.

The Kickstarter for the relaunch of the Paxton Locke books went live this morning. It reached the funding goal in a bit more than two hours, and as of this writing, is 216% funded.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t pleasantly surprised. I targeted what I thought was a moderate level, and hoped that I’d reach it before the end of the month. This … is something else entirely. No, scratch that – you all are something else entirely. The level of enthusiasm and support is one of the most gratifying things I’ve experienced since I started out on this whole journey.

We all think our “kids” are pretty cool. But seeing that others love and appreciate a story that’s been germinating in your head for over twenty years is awesome, awesome stuff.

I’m excited to see where we go from here, and happy to have you along for the ride.
